Membership Director
Facility Director
In charge of the management of the facility, such as the safety of the building, and decides what renovations need to be done.
Communications Director
Manages all communications activities and creates communication strategies.
Strategy Director
The strategy director partners with all board members and stakeholders to develop an understanding of what matters most, engages in problem-solving opportunities and provides an independent perspective that is instrumental in the strategic planning process and execution of team-based projects with the goal to make progress a reality.
Casino Coordinator
The Casino Coordinator liaises with the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission and the WRCA Board to ensure all paperwork is in place to meet the AGLC’s requirements.
Sports and Recreation
The goal of the Sports and Recreation director is to attract people to our community center through offering a variety of sports that will appeal to all demographics.
Civic Affairs
Track and Monitor as well as contribute to the City of Calgary’s Area and Regional Development Planning for both, positive or negative impacts upon the community.
Funding Director
The Funding Director assists with exploring new opportunities for funding to ensure our events, capital projects and facility are continuously improving. Writing grant applications is a large part of this role.
Social Director
The Social Director works with the Communications team and the Staff at WRCA to dream up and organize great social events for our members.
Volunteer Director
The volunteer director works with the staff at Willow Ridge Community Association to coordinate volunteer opportunities. Your great people & organizational skills will help you to match volunteers to the activities that would be best suited for them.
