RESTRICTIVE COVENANT – UPDATE February 10, 2025
The third information session regarding restrictive covenants for Willow Park and Maple Ridge was held on Saturday February 8th. I am pleased to announce we have enough interest and financial backing to proceed and plan on finalizing the details and wording of the covenant in the next few weeks with signing sessions to follow.
We are planning a fourth information session on Friday April 4th at 6:30 PM. Our list of interested parties has grown to 90 and several people have stepped up to help with the information sharing. Thank-you to Lake Bonavista RC Team for helping with the information sessions.

At the request of residents in our community, our CA hosted 2 free open houses on Friday, November 22, 2024 from 6:30-8:00pm, and Saturday, November 23, 2024, from 1:00-2:30pm. They each had 50-60 people in attendance. We thank everyone for coming out during our first big snowstorm of the year!
