The Willow Ridge Community Association has been closely monitoring developments related to COVID-19 and following guidelines from local governments and health authorities. After careful consideration, we have decided to temporarily close the facility and pause all programming effective immediately. (March 17, 2020)
We will be contacting any renters with events that are affected by the changing guidelines in the coming weeks and will continue to monitor the situation and provide updates as they become available.
Careful consideration has gone into any decisions made surrounding our community centre and the developing situation surrounding COVID-19. In these difficult times, Community is so important. Please reach out to your neighbours, especially the elderly and health-compromised in a safe way (calling or leaving a note offering to help). Facebook groups including “Willow Ridge Neighbours” and “YYC Covid-19 Volunteers” are ways to connect.
