The purpose of this meeting is to place before the members the audited financial statements for the financial period ended August 31, 2021 together with the auditors’ report; appoint the auditors of the Association for the ensuing fiscal year; elect the President and directors of the Association for the ensuing year; and transact other business as may properly be brought before the Meeting, or any adjournments thereof. Only Members recorded on the Associations’ register on the date of the Meeting are entitled to vote at the Meeting.
