Catered by WRCA Volunteers. Buy your dinner tickets before Sept 5th to ensure we have enough food (Food Trucks will not be on site). All tickets include dinner, dessert and loads of entertainment including:

Is this event for WRCA Members only?
No, everyone is welcome!  Bring a friend, tell your neighbor, forward this link.  The more the merrier!

Will the event still happen if it’s raining?
What's a party without a little rain… dress for the weather, it’s happening!

Is this a free event?
This is a free event.  You can pre-purchase tickets for a catered dinner courtesy of WRCA Volunteers, which will be served from 5-7:30pm.  There are a few activities that have a small cost (see above) and the beer garden will be $5/drink for everyone, budget accordingly.

Are minors allowed in the Beer Gardens?
Yes, minors are allowed in the Ice Rink Area, in front of the band, dance floor & chalk art at the East end of the rink.  The Beer Garden will be set up at the West end of the rink.  Adults may walk around with their drinks anywhere inside the Ice Rink, but they may not leave the Ice Rink Area with their drinks.
