WRCA Info Session – Restrictive Covenants

 At the request of residents in our community, our CA is offering free open houses on Saturday, February 8th, 2025  from 1:00-2:30pm, and Friday, April 4th, 2025, from 6:30-8:00pm.  If you are interested in learning more about RCs, please feel free to attend one of the open houses in person. 

The Civic Affairs team will provide an overview of the issue, have the organizers of the Bonavista RC initiative share their learnings, and have Carbert Waitte LLP provide the legal and technical information. There will be lots of time for questions.
