This mixed-level class is a great way to build or maintain strength and mobility in the company of your peers. The natural aging process can lead to reduced mobility, as well as aches and pains in joints and muscles. Regular yoga practice can help to combat these common issues, helping to maintain and even increase strength, balance and flexibility.
This is a 10 week class from January12th – March 16th
Wednesdays from 6:00-7:00 PM
Kyla has been practicing yoga since the birth of her first daughter in 2006. Her yoga journey has included forays into the Ashtanga, Iyengar, and Anusara disciplines of yoga and her teaching style reflects elements of each of these. She is passionate about the transformation that yoga can bring to your physical and mental well-being, as well as the joy that can be found through learning to play on your mat. She recently completed her 500 level teacher training.
